Cozy home in Westlands! ☺ Honestly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we booked, the manager kept in touch. The staff at check in were very helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty! ☹ Nothing at all.

The Gem in Westlands! ☺ Conveniently located in westlands. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The heated swimming pool was a bonus I was able to swim late after I was done with my meetings, totally worth the extra pay. The property manager was quite helpful and always in touch. ☹ I'll definitely be back!

Just okay ☺ The house had good heated water supply ☹ The sauna and steam were not available or even included in the price. The swimming pool was not available heated option. The house had many tiny cockroaches

Poor ☺ Location and support staff Jacinta ☹ Owner, many requests due to water and hot water issues for majority of stay. Owner is a disgrace to the industry I left the facility one day early due to ongoing issues This is not the true rating of this business, myself and many others believe that high ratings from customers us not genuine. So annoyed and disappointed by this place Why would booking.com bother with this place?
