We offer hospitality services to clients and simultaneously ensure the property and all its features are well maintained and serviced. We target long-term business relationships with a minimum of 1 year (12 months) management contracts. Our services are extended to investors with properties not earning rental income or interested parties looking to get into rental arbitrage.

We handle all daily operations including communication with guests and maintenance of the calendar. We ensure the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality through a qualified dedicated guest relations and housekeeping teams. Manage and optimize the properties’ online listings on the online travel agent platforms and social media accounts. We handle all service and maintenance bills/costs for the property.

Homes By Della will conduct a proper property assessment. For investors looking to get into rental arbitrage, Homes By Della will recommend locations and properties that will be best suited for investment. We also offer furnishing/interior decoration to maximize on guest experience at an affordable rate. After the site visit, Homes By Della will prepare a report on the findings and make its recommendations. Contract negotiations and execution of the agreement including property handover to Homes By Della.
